Hi, I’m Tanya

I’m a mother of three, and I know what it can feel like trying to manage all of it —the mental load, the invisible tasks, the sense that you should be able to keep up.

I also know the quiet resistance many of us carry around receiving help.

The feeling that it’s indulgent, unnecessary, or something we should only ask for when things fall apart.

What I’ve learned — both personally and through supporting other mothers — is that this kind of support does the opposite.

It collapses time.

It creates space.

It allows you to rest, reconnect, and tend to the parts of your life that fill you up.

And from that place, things begin to flow more easily.

So how can I help?

I come into your home and can support with:

✔️ Laundry, washing, dishes, and making beds

✔️ Meal prep, cooking, and grocery pick-ups

✔️ Decluttering + re-organising

✔️ Resetting living spaces back to calm

✔️ Gentle, low-tox house cleaning (not deep cleaning)

I help with the moving parts, all the everyday tasks, all the little things that keep a household running when you’re already stretched between children, work, and everything else

Together we identify what feels most nourishing, and we meet the moment.

You can be:

💛 At home — resting, relaxing, recharging

💛 Out and about — knowing things are being taken care of

💛 Side by side — working together, aka body doubling, with me supporting what you need.
